TYRANNY AND PEACE: A Virtual Spectrum

Lost Hopes

What’s up?

 No matter how obvious the virtual spectrum of peace and stability within a country ruled by a tyrant may be, based on several exemplary cases, it usually becomes very disastrous for the long term stability of peaceful solidarity within such a country.

As such, it’s not uncommon anymore to see that within several autocratic regimes that have been toppled, their actual analytical situations have proven that, the situation of peace within those countries worsen as the days go by.

1. If we are seeking for peace and stability, but still have it that, when a tyrant or an autocrat is dethroned for the sake of democracy and individual liberties, all that is left is discrimination, chaos and continues struggles to succeed power, was there really a need to topple the virtually stable regime in the first place?

Reflecting on autocratic regimes that faced virtual peace and stability such as: Egypt, Lybia, Zaire, and Iraq, that have been toppled, it is clear to predict that, the citizens within those countries face worse conflicts and insecurity as compared to their former country regime status.

With the mentioned reflection, it becomes probable to induce that, if the actual purpose for toppling an autocratic regime is to sort a more peaceful society, then, this has been a failure because, the victimized country situation become very unstable. Also, the failure arises from the fact that, the new zeal political leadership in charge is still very inapt to consolidate modern pragmatic democracy aspirations of the country people in correlative respects with their formerly understood autocratic governance mechanisms. As such, permanent conflicts and battles over diversified and crisscrossing new deal political aspirations.

1. If the paramount objective for governance actions is to maintain peace and stability within the society, what can you say in respect to the situation of a government that seems to be in peace under a tyrant, but when toppled, severe political crises become predominant and increase insecurity?
2. Is it necessary to change or abruptly topple a seeming autocratic rule which provides security to its citizens and leave it in the hands of unprepared political amateurs or should such systems instead train their political elites towards the maintenance of peace and stability?

However, in every situation we may suppose that:

All is virtual and we can only know it’s real when it succeeds us, and even when it succeeds us, we still do not know because we are not there anymore, so, the best alternative will be to preserve it till it succeeds us, then as such, we suppose it’s real

ETHNIC CONFLICTS AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY BIASES

What’s up?

Amidst the numerous causal factors that may lead to violent ethnic conflicts, the majority discusses haven’t yet demonstrated the real problem solving opportunity medium in the regard.

Is it that researchers and followers of the school of thought on ethnicism and ethnic conflicts have not found the true path to success in the phenomenon, or, is it that modern or western philosophies have concerted to banalise views in the regard so as to escape from certain inculpating positions of guilt?

The complexity that encloses the presentation of ethnic conflict issues is surely a major reason why progress in the domain is being systematically slowed down. If we can assess the phenomenon of greed and the desire for discriminatory economic and political power in the perspective, then, we may probably discover how third party political entrepreneurs do immensely contribute in fueling ethnic conflicts for private gain. No doubts, the strategy of these spoilers is to interfere and manipulate the social liberalist community individual into struggles over values which are truly, not as as valuable as they are made to represent, or, are equally shared within the community.

1. Accepting ethnic strives are always reported to start and grow within community notions of discrimination, marginalization and neglect, what could be the probable additional reasons behind such leadership perpetrating greed?
2. Given that the game of the political entrepreneurs as potential spoilers within ethnic conflict opportunities is only virtual and most often camouflaged, how can the victimized communities readjust to face the shadows of their misleading leaders?
3. In a prolonged ethnic strife, how can it be possible to see the roots of the problem or to effectively solve the problem if those ‘Who stand and plan to gain little or most …’ in the situation are unknown?
4. Through which means or ways can we determine those third party bodies or foreign government representatives who, in a bias manner, will connive to fuel or virtually settle ethnic tensions in order to achieve their aims?

THE SECRETS TO FAMILY HAPPINESS AND JOY

What’s Up?

Conceiving the family as a divine human phenomenal institution that is highly cherish by both God and man, the banal regard with which the world has recently condemn it to, in respect of excessive human freedoms, is worrisome. The inestimable value of marriage and family as the primary and ethical home to build human senses for solidarity and mutuality existence on earth is gradually losing its potency within the ever growing civil liberties and rights. People no longer find marriage and family as an essential focus for their development and see little or no reason to cohabit with others in a spirit or sharing and oneness. Worse of it, cultural and religious faith-based institutions continue to play separatist roles in keeping people from different faiths other than theirs away from naturally ordained marriage unions.

Are we sure that, the family is still a place where human values of mutuality and trusts are ethical introduced and developed for the society?

Having examined some of the worries that kill the solidarity focus between members in a family setup, and introducing the hidden mechanisms necessary to rebuild the required liveliness and co-existential warmth prospects within a family union, Dr. NGYAH suggests that, the voluntary and mutual ‘Will’ power of the marriage seeking individuals or the family founders, plays a supreme role in determining the faith of the family’s well being. Also, couple with many other forces such as the psychosocial behaviour patterns of the children and influences from extended family members, the health and wealth of even the strongest ‘Will’ made family is still at stake.

FACING URBAN TERRORISM: Root Causes with Boko Haram

What’s up?

After the historic terror moments lived during the World Wars I & II, and the major natural disasters around the globe that have left massive and frightening human death tolls, the phenomenon of terrorism, today, has surfaced to soak the world in another dreadful fear and immense need for ever increasing security measures over populations everywhere.

From bigger and older terrorist network movements such as the Al Qaeda and the Taliban, the Boko Haram movement, even though seeming comparatively smallest in size, has now begun teaching the world how invincible terrorists can be, by openly and forcefully abducting an entire academic institution, then, making authoritative demands to Africa’s biggest economic power. In the limelight, one begins to wonder if such terrorist acts are not one government or the other’s further assisted mechanisms for undercover reasons. This is because, they have willfully failed in their duties to implement the terrorism prevention mechanisms on transnational and organized crimes duly instituted by the United Nations.

In practice, given that, terrorist instincts or attitudes are neither alien nor innate but that which stems from a process of acculturation, and considering that the youths and urban milieus are most sensitive areas for the growth of values that are necessary for building full terrorist militants, there is need to worry.

In a nutshell, the responsibility of fighting terrorism, from examined examples within this manual, doesn’t seem to be an issue of apportioning blames on one or the other. Terrorist instincts are culturally induced values that are grown within us based on our day to day activities. Whether caused from, disappointments, vengeance, need for awareness, or needs to protect values, the core focus is that, the community mores and morals that grow people from children to adults, have a major responsibility in deciding whether the society will create terrorists or it will develop peaceful citizens. Thus we, the community duelers and the elderly, owe nature the duty to guide and direct our children in the ways of peace, tolerance, patience, harmony and compassion towards one another in order to eliminate every bit of retaliatory, hasty, and negative reactions within the society.

The Book’s Puzzles

1.    In the advent of terrorist strikes, with knowledge on both the State’s and the Community’s responsibilities to prevent such, who is to be blamed?

2.  If human terrorist instincts and attitudes are obtained via societal acculturation values experienced everywhere, why are major terrorist strikes only chronic in particular zones? Are there other reasons for such other than the terrorists’ sect values? Are we missing anything that needs correction?

3.    With the abducted school girls still under the hostage of Boko Haram, are there reasons to measure what will be the outcomes of those children while, they are being brainwashed and taught the ways and believes of the sect?

4.    Are the member States to the UN resolutions on fighting transnational and organized crime truly ready to implement their obligations and cut the roots of terrorism promoter catalysts with all that transpire between some of their officials and the terrorists groups?
